Reliefartig gearbeitete Medaille. Auf der einen Seite:
Darstellung eines Adlers in Seitenansicht, der auf einer Brücke steht. Im Hintergrund eine Gebirgslandschaft mit einem Fluss und einer Burg. Der Rand ist glatt. Auf der anderen Seite: in der Mitte Text untereinander angeordnet, darunter ein zwei sich kreuzende Eichenlaubblätter, am Rand umlaufender Text.
Prägung auf der Vorderseite der Medaille, umlaufend und mittig:
