Der Suppenteller wurde für den Reichsarbeitsdienst hergestellt. Er trägt die Inschrift "Kaestner Saxiona 1938" und "Reichsarbeitsdienst". Außerdem ist das NS-Embleme abgebildet.
Die Porzellanfabrik "Kästner Saxiona" produzierte über Jahre Geschirr für den Reichsarbeitsdienst.
