Description

Am 1. September 1994 verließen die letzten Soldaten der Berlin-Brigade vom Bahnhof Berlin-Lichtenberg Deutschland.
Der Zug fuhr über Brest (Belarus) und Smolensk, mit einer Zwischenstation in Moskau bis nach Kursk, dem Heimatstandort der Brigade.
In Moskau zog die Brigade vom Belorussischen Bahnhof aus in einer Parade durch die Straßen Moskaus. Am Grab des Unbekannten Soldaten fand eine Kranzniederlegung statt. Anschließend wurde die Brigade mit einem Fest auf der Poklonnaja Gora (Verneigungshügel) empfangen.
