Das Spargelmesser ist in der "Hohenheimer Werkzeug- und Modellsammlung" nicht mehr erhalten.

König (1847), S. 36. und Taf. 26, Fig. 177:
"Spargelmesser: Fig. 177.
Dasselbe dient zum Abschneiden oder Ausstechen des Spargels. Die Klinge, welche 5 ½ und der Stiel 6 ½ Zoll lang ist, wird bald spitzig, bald rund gefertigt."
