Unser Exemplar hat 9 Vorsatzblätter, die handschriftlich mit Rezepten u. a. beschriftet sind. Es folgen 180 Textblätter, dann zwei Blätter eines unvollständigen Traktats über den Urin in lateinischer Sprache, dann noch 10 handschriftliche Nachsatzblätter.

2012 restauriert mit Mitteln des Denkmalvereins durch Frau Holly.
