Das Journal hat einen blauen Umschlag mi der Aufschrift " Milch- Messungs- Journal beim Dominium Spitzkunnersdorf vom Mai 1867" Es enthält neben dem Datum mit Monat und Tag, den Namen der Kuh und die Menge der gewonnenen Milch in Kannen morgens, mittags und abends und die Summe. Der letzte Eintrag erfolgte am 29. Dezember 1869
