Die Fotografie dokumentiert einen Teil der Geschehnisse rund um den Protest der Freimarks gegen die Atomschlagübung "Dosse 83", die am 29.10.1983 in Neustadt (Dosse) durchgeführt wurde. Zu sehen sind hier Angehörige des Zivilschutzes und das Heck eines Fahrzeugs, das die Straße vor dem Haus der Freimarks blockiert.
