Protokoll einer Sitzung, die im Haus der Archakoluthen des Sebaste-Vereins stattfand. Der Vereinsgründer ist ein Primus, der Vorsitzender ein Iucundus. Der Zweck dieser Versammlung war eine Ehrung eines Vereinsmitglieds. Der Beschluss schließt mit einer Strafbestimmung gegen Vereinsmitglieder, die diesem Ehrenbeschluss zuwiderhandeln.

ἔτους κε Καίσαρος Μεσορὴ κη ἐπὶ τῆς γενηθείσης συν αγωγῆς ἐν τῶι τῶν ἀρχακολούθων οἴκωι συνόδου Σεβαστῆς Καίσαρος Αὐτοκράτορος θεοῦ υἱοῦ Διὸς Ἐλευ θερίου ἧς συναγωγὸς Πρῖμος προστάτης Ἰουκοῦνδος vestiges αυθα vestiges vestiges ωνδιατ vestiges vestiges σες καὶ ἐν τοῖς καθʼ ἑαυτὸν μηδὲ ἐπὶ ταύτης παραλιπεῖν μηδὲν ἐπιδέδεικταιἐπιδέδεκται καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς ἐνεστώσης τὸ ὅμοιον ἐπὶ του τε ἐν παντὶ τῶι τῆς ἀρχῆς χρόνωι σπουδαίως καὶ πιως ἀνέστραπται. ἀγαθῆι τύχηι· ἔδοξε κοινῆι γνώμηι τιμᾶν αὐτὸν πάμ φιλον διὰ βίου κλισίαι τε τῆι ἐν α καὶ στεφά νωι ἐξάλλωι ἵνʼ εἰδῆι ἡ νέα α vestiges φιειν καὶ εἰδέναι ποίαν vestiges ἐὰν γίνωται μηδενὶ ἐξόντος ἐπʼ ἀνασκευῆι τῶν δεδογμένων λογοποιεῖσθαι ἢ τὸν ἐπιχειρήσαντα ἀπρόσδεκτον εἶναι καὶ ζημιοῦσθαι ἀργυρίου δραχμαῖς πεντακοσίαις . τὸ δὲ ὑπόμ νημα διττογραφὲν ἔστω κύριον.
