ἀπογράφομαι Ἀπολλινάριον μὲν γεννηθέντα τῷ δ ἔτει καὶ ὄντα εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ἔνατον ἔτος ἐτῶν ἕξ , Οὐαλέριον δὲ γεννηθέντα ξ τῷ ε ἔτει καὶ ὄντα εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ἔνατον ἔτος ἐτῶν πέντε , καὶ διδυμαγενεῖς Γεμέλλον καὶ Γεμέ λλαν γεννηθέντας τῷ ϛ ἔτει καὶ ὄντας εἰς τὸ αὐτὸ ἐνεστὸς ἔνατον ἔτος Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου ἐτῶν τεσσάρων · διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι. ια μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ Ἀπολλωνίου ἐπιδέδωκα τὸ ὑπόμνημα ντουγοναα τ θυγα τρ σι ωαδε επτιναιους ε ὄντος α ἀνδρὸς Οὐαλερίου Ἀπολλιναρίου ἐπὶ ξένης ε Ἀπολλινάριον ἐτῶν ἓξ καὶ Οὐαλέ ριον ἐτῶν πέντε καὶ διδυμαγενεῖςδιδυμαγενῖς Γεμέλ λον καὶ Γεμέλλαν ἐτῶν τεσσάρων καθῶς πρόκειται.
