Description

Vertrag des Onnophris, Sohn des Harpaesis, mit Horos, Sohn des Tesenuphis, über die Verwahrung von 200 Drachmen (παραθήκη). Das Geld wurde von Onnophris verwahrt. Nach der Rückgabe wurde dann der Vertrag durchgestrichen und dadurch entwertet.

ἔτους ὀγδόουὀγδώου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ μηνὸς Ἀρτεμισίου μιακαιεικάδι, Φαμε νὼθ μιακαιεικάδι, ἐν τῇ Σοκνοπαίου Νήσωι τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογεῖ Ὀννώφρις Ἁρπαήσιος Πέρσης τῆς ἐπι γονῆς ὡς ἐτῶν εἴκοσι πέντε , οὐλὴ ὀφρύι ἀριστερᾷ, Ὥρωι νεωτέρωι Τεσενούφιος ὡς ἐτῶν εἴκοσι ὀκτώὀκτώι , οὐλὴ μετώπῳ ἐξ ἀριστερῶν, ἔχειν παρʼ αὐτοῦ τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα ἀργυρίου ἐπισήμου νομίσμα τος κεφαλαίου διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου δραχμὰς διακοσίας παραθήκην ἀκίνδυνον παντὸς κινδύνου καὶ ἀνυπόλογον παντὸς ὑπολόγου, ἃς καὶ ἀποδώσειν τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα τῶι Ὥρωι ὁπηνίκα ἐὰν αἱρήσῃ ὁ Ὧρος ἄνευ πάσης ὑπερ θέσεως καὶ εὑρησιλογείας. ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀποδῷ, ἐκτίσειἐκτίσι ὁ ὁμολογῶν τῶι Ὥρωι τὴν παραθήκην διπλῆν κατὰ τὸν νόμον τῶν παραθηκῶν, ἔκ τε τοῦ ὁμολογοῦντος καὶ ἐξ ὧν αὑτῷ αἱρῆ ται καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῶι πάντων τῆς πράξεως οὔσης τῶι Ὥρωι καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης. ὑπογραφεῖς τοῦ μὲν ὁμολογοῦντος Σωτήριχος ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα οὐλὴ μετώ πῳ τοῦ δʼ ἄλλου Τρύφων Χαιρήμονος ειδ σε το νομίσματος παραθήκην
