Οὐαλερίου Κωνσταντίνου υἱοῦ Σεβαστῶν ι Αὐρήλιος Αὐρηλίᾳ Πτολεμαίδει θυγατρὶ Διοσκόρου τοῦ Ἡρακλίωνος χωρὶς κυρίου χρηματιζούσῃ τέκνων δικαίῳ ὀφειλ Πτολεμαίδει τελειωθέντα διὰ τοῦ ἐνθά δε αντίνου ἐν τῇ μητροπόλει ἐπὶ τοῦ χρήσεσι καὶ δικαίοις πᾶσι, ἧς εἰσιν γείτονες νος οἰκία βορρᾶ τῆς ἀγοραστρίας ς οἰκία καὶ ἀπέχειν τὸν ὁμο λογοῦντα ἐξωδίασεν αὐτη τότε ἀργυρίου τοὺς παρʼ αὐτοῦ Πτολεμαίδει ἀνέπαφον καὶ ἀνενεχύραστον ἐμποιήσεως διὰ παντὸς κυριεύειν καὶ τὰ περιγινό μενα ἐφʼ ἣν καὶ μὴ ἐπιπορεύ εσθαι ἐπελευσόμενον προσεκτείσεινπροσεκτίσιν ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα μοι ὑπὸ αὐτῆς ἐν τῇ μητρο πόλει τιμήν, ἣν καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ ἐξωδίασα Αὐρήλιος Διονυσάμμων ἄρξας
