Das Register enthält Angaben zu Weizenlieferungen an Schiffsmannschaften mit Verwendungszweck, Betrag und Zeitraum der Zahlungen (Viermonatszeitraum). Als Schiffsreisende erwähnt sind die Tochter eines Königs und der Arzt Chrysermos, der wohl mit dem gleichnamigen prominenten Vertreter der herophileischen Ärzteschule zu identifizieren ist.
