Description

Die Medaille wurde am 14.10.1988 gestiftet. Die Verleihung selbst fand aber erst am 07.10.1989 statt. Die Medaille befindet sich im originalen Etui. Das Etui ist aus weißem Kunststoff und ist aufklappbar. Innen ist das Etui ausgelegt mit rotem Samtimitat.
