Description

Vom Verpächter ausgestellter Pachtvertrag (Antimisthosis). Auf den Vertrag folgt ein Schuldversprechen, in dem der Verpächter, Aurelios Bottos, erklärt, vom Pächter ein Saatgutdarlehen erhalten zu haben. Dieses will er aus eigenen Erträgen zurückzahlen. Offenbar werden Pächter und Verpächter Land gemeinsam bestellen.

καμάτων τοῦ δὲ ἀναλώματος ἐκ τοῦ κοινοῦ κατʼ ἀναλογίαν τῶν ὅλων ἀρουρῶν· ὁμολογῶ δὲ ἐσχηκέναι παρὰ σοῦ σήμερον λόγῳ χρείας σίτου καθαροῦ κόκκου κεφαλαίου ἀρτάβας δεκαπέντε τῷ σῷ μέτρῳ καὶ ταύτας ἀποδώσω σοι ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἀπὸ ἐμοῦ γεουχικοῦ μέρους· εἰ δὲ σπείρωμεν ἐκ τοῦ γεωργίου, εἰ δὲ μὴ εὐπορήσωμεν σπεῖραι καὶ ἑτοίμως ἔχω ταύτας παρασχεῖν σοι ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ κ ἐκ τῆς ἁλωνίας ἰδίας καθῶς παρείληφα χωρὶς πάσης ὑπερθέσεως· ἡ ἀντιμίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Βόττος ὁ προκείμενος ἐξεμίσθωσα. καὶ στ στοιχεῖστοιχῖ ὡς πρόκειται.
