εμαευτι τῷ ἀδελφῷ πλεῖστα χαίρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαί σε ὑγιαίνεινὑγιαίνιν καὶ τὸ προσκύνημά σου ποιῶ παρὰ τῷ κυρίῳ Σαράπιδι· γινώσκεινγινώσκιν σε θέλω, ἄδελφε, ὅτι μέχρι τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας ἐν Ἀλεξανδρείᾳ οὐκ ἤμην ἀλλὰ ἔξω ἐν μέρει βαρβαρικῷ καὶ πάλινπάλι εἰσελθὼν διετάγην ἐπὶ τῇ Συρίᾳ ἀπελθεῖν ἐπὶπρος χρόνον· ἤκουσα κ ελιπ τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ Σωτᾶ νυν τες ερωσε ὅπως αὐτοῦ φροντίσῃς καὶ μὴ αὐτοῦ ἀμελήσ ῃς γὰρ μυ ην γείνωσκε ὅτι ἔγραψα οἷς ἐβουλόμην ἵναεἵνα αὐτοῦ φροντίζωσιν· οὐ κα λῶς ἐποίησας τοῦτο πράξας· ἤκουσα περὶ αὐτοῦ τοῦτο ἀφελίσας ὅτι μηδὲν ἀνέχει· ἐὰν πάντα ος σὺν θεῷ γένηται καὶ εἰσέλθω, ἀποδώσω σοι υσα ἤδη ὅτι ἐγένετο τῆς ἐννόμου δη οφι ἐν τῷ κολληων εἰσένεγκον αὐτὸν μετʼ ἐσοῦ· ἐὰν δέ τι σιν ἐπʼ αὐτοῖς χρῆσαι τῷ ὀνόματι παραδται αὐτὸν καὶ σοζα μὴ πα λιν Δημήτριον ἢ μὲ διαταγῆναι κομεᾶ τον ον καὶ ἠρχόμην πρὸς ὑμᾶς· ἤκουσα γὰρ περὶ ὧν ἐποίησας καὶ ἀηδῶς ἔσχον· μὴ δόξῃς ἀγνοεῖν με ὃ ἔπραξας ἐξελθὼν εἰς διαλογισμόν· ἀλλὰ μὴ λοιπηθῇς ὅτι οὐκ ἐγενάμην πρός σε ας καὶ εἰς τὰς στρατιωτικὰς χρείας του κατʼ ὄνομα· ἀσπάζου τὸν ἀδελφόν μου ι Σωτᾶν. ἔρρωσο.
