Vertragspartner sind die beiden Schwestern Thekla, wahrscheinlich vertreten durch ihren Mann Kosmas, und Theodora, wobei unklar bleibt, ob es sich um leibliche Geschwister handelt. Gegenstand ist die einvernehmliche Aufteilung eines bislang gemeinsamen Besitzes, dessen Gestalt und Umfang ebenso unsicher bleiben wie die genauen Punkte der Vereinbarung. Jedoch sichern die beiden Schwestern sich deren Einhaltung mit ihrem jeweiligen Eigentum. Es wird ein Gesetz über Pfänder und Bürgschaften erwähnt.
