Description

Infolge einer Eingabe (BGU VIII 1859 A) erteilt der Stratege dem Topogrammateus Horos und dem Dorfschreiber Harpaeseis den Auftrag einer Ortsbesichtigung. Der Kläger hatte sich in der Eingabe beschwert, dass sein Nachbarn zu nah an seinem Besitz gebaut habe.

περιβόλοις ησαν εἰς τὴν γειτνιῶσανγιτνιῶσαν η ἐκ τοῦ ἀπὸ βορρᾶ μέρους τῶν ταύτης δὲ πεπαλαιωμένης καὶ κατεσπωμένης ὑφ ορώμενοι δὲ μήποτε ἀνοικοδομούν των ἡμῶν τὴν ἡμετέραν οἰκίαν διακωλυθῶμεν τοῦ μὴ ἀνοίγεινἀνύγειν τὰς δηλουμένας θυρίδας, προῆγμαι τὴν τοῦ ὑπομνήματος ἐπίδοσιν ποιή σασθαι, ἀξιῶ ἐὰν φαίνηται παρε πιγράψαι Ὥρωι τῶι τοπογραμματεῖ καὶ Ἁρπαήσει κωμογραμματεῖ ἐπελ θόντας ἐπιδεῖνἐφιδεῖν τὸν τόπον θυρίδας καὶ δ φων ἵνα
