ησεν, ἐὰν δὲ ἐλάσσονος τιμῆς, ἐξ ὸν τῷ κατεγγυηθέντι. ἐξέσ τω δὲ κατεγγυᾶν κατὰ δικασ τῶν, ἢ ἐφʼ ἑτέροις ἅ τις κρίνηται. ἐὰν δέ τινες ἀντιλέξωσιν, πε πείσθω ἐν Ἀλεξανδρείαι εὐπο ρῶν καὶ ὡς ἂνἂγ κρίνηι ἔγγυος δεχέσθω, ὑπηρετησάντων ἐν ἄλλοις τόποις οἱ πράκτορες. ἐὰν δὲ τὸν ἔγγυονἔγγυογ καλῶσιν ἐπὶ τὴντὴγ κρίσιν, ἐξέστω αὐτῶι λόγους, οὓς ἂν βούληται, ποιεῖν, μηκέτι ἐξέστω ἀναδικῆσαι τὰ σημανθέντα. ἐὰν δὲ αὐτὸς ἂνἂγ
