Αἴλιος Ἀρσίνοος διὰ Κυρίλλου φροντιστοῦ Ἀιεῦτι γεωργῷ χαίρειν. ἔχω παρὰ σοῦ τὸ ἐκφό ριον τοῦ ιζ ἔτους ὑπὲρ ὧν ἔχειςἔχις μου ἀρουρῶν ἐν μισθώσει πε ρὶ κώμην Εὐημέρειαν τῆς Θεμίστου μερίδος, κυρίων οὐ σῶν τῶν μισθώσεων. ἔτους ιζ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐ σεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνείνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Παῦνι κ.
