ἐν ὀνόματι τῆς ἁγίας καὶ ζωοποιοῦ καὶ ὁμοουσίου τριάδος πατρὸς πατρὸς καὶ υἱοῦ καὶ ἁγίου πνεύματος ἐγράφη Μεσορὴ ὀκτωκαιδεκάτῃ δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονος ἐν Ἑρμουπόλει τῆς Θηβαίδος. Φλαουίᾳ Εὐλογίᾳ τῇ εὐγενεστάτῃ θυγατρὶ τοῦ τῆς ἁγίας μνήμης ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπόλεως παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ὀννοφρίου τοῦ Πέτρου ἐκ μητρὸς Εὐδοξίας, γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ σοῦ ἐπὶ διετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς σὺν θεῷ εἰσιούσης τρίτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ αὐτῆς τὰς διαφερούσας σοι τρεῖςτρῖς ἀρούρας σπορίμης καὶ ἀνύδρου γῆς διακειμένας ἐπὶ λανουγεωρωνιλεα κωαννεω ὑπὸ τὴν ταύτης παραφυλακὴν εἰς σπορὰν καὶ κατάθεσιν καρπῶν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου τούτων κατʼ ἔτος σίτου ἀρτάβας ἓξ καὶ κριθῶν ἀρτάβας ἓξ
