ἡ ἁγία τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησία ἡ ὑπὸ τὸν τὰ πάντα ὁσιώτατον ἐπίσκοπον Οὐλπιανὸν διὰ Ἰσαὰκ τοῦ θεοφιλεστάτου διακόνου καὶ οἰκονόμου Πκυλίῳ προνοητῇ Θαλλοῦ· παρασχοῦ Παιᾶτι συμμάχῳ ὑπὲρ μισθοῦ αὐτοῦ χρυσοῦ κεράτια ιη κεράτια δέκα ὀκτὼ μόνον.
