Φλαουίῳ Στρατηγίῳ τῷ πανευφήμῳ καὶ ὑπερφυεστάτῳ ὑπάτῳ γεουχοῦντι καὶ ἐνταῦθα τῇ λαμπρᾷ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλει διὰ σοῦ Φλαουίου Ἀπολλῶ τοῦ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτου κόμετος καὶ διοικητοῦ αὐτοῦ Θεοπρεπὴς θυγάτηρ Φαύστου Φιλοξένου καὶ Δαμιανοῦ ἐκ πατρὸς Μαυριτανίου νοταρίου σίτου ἀρτάβας εἴκοσι, γίνονται σίτου καγκέλλῳ ἀρτάβαι κ, τὰς καὶ δοθείσας διὰ Παμουθίου προνοητοῦ Ἁρποκρᾶ. κυρία ἡ ἀπόδειξις ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα καὶ ἐπερωτηθεῖσα ὡμολόγησα.
