Description

Kastor, Sohn des Apion, aus dem Dorf Karanis, schreibt eine Eingabe an Julios Nominatos wegen eines Diebstahls und fordert Gerechtigkeit. Petheus, Sohn des Heraklas, wurde nach einer Untersuchung mit dem Dorfvorsteher des Diebstahls für schuldig befunden. Die gestohlene Waren sind acht Artaben Oliven und Lotussamen.

Ἰουλίωι Νωμινάτωι παρὰ Κάστορος τοῦ Ἀπίωνος ἀπὸ κώμης Καρανίδος. ἐπέβαλεν λῃστρικῷ τρόπωι εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν μου καὶ ἐβαστάξα το ἐλαίαςἐλάς ἀρτάβας η καὶ λωτίνου σπ καταβολαῖον εν και ἐξε τάσας νον εὗρον μακροκέντην νν ἐμοῦ τὴν ἀναζήτησιν ποιουμένου εὗρον ἔλαιον μετρητὴν ἕνα ἐν οἰκίᾳ Πεθέως τοῦ Ἡρακλᾶτος ᾧ καὶ ὑπενο ήμην ἐπὶ παρόντος τοῦ τῆς κώ μης ἡγουμένου καὶ πρεσβυτέρου. διὸ ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ἀχθῆναι αὐτὸν ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ τυχεῖν τῶν ἁρμοζόντων.
