Description

Der Priester Stotoetis, Sohn des Melas, schreibt Apollonios, dem königlichen Schreiber (βασιλικὸς γραμματεύς) und vorläufigen Stellvertreter des Strategen, wegen eines eskalierten Erbstreits. Seine Brüder Saturos und Harpalos haben nämlich ihn und die kleinen Schwestern Eriea und Tanuphis nach dem Tod der Eltern aus dem Elternhaus hinausgeworfen und für sich selbst genommen.

Ἀπολλωνίῳ γενομένῳ στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος διαδεχομένῳ τὰ κατὰ τὴν στρατηγίαν τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος παρὰ Στοτοήτιος Μέλανος ἱερέως κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου τῆς ὑπὸ σοὶ μερίδος. τῆς μητρός μου, κύριε, ἔτι πάλαι τελευτησάσης καὶ τοῖς κληρο νόμοις ἐμοί τε καὶ ἑτέροις ἀδελφοῖς δυσὶ μὲν τελείοις ἄρρεσι, θηλείαιςθηλίαις δὲ δυσὶ ἀφήλιξι καταλειπούσης ἐνδομενίας ἐπεπορεύθησαν ἐπὶ τὰ τοῦ πατρὸς ἐπιτελευτήσαντος νῦν καὶ καταλείποντος πανπολλὰ οἱ προδηλούμενοι ἀδελ φοὶ Σάτυρος καὶ Ἅρπαλος ἐγλαβόμενοι τὰ ἐν ἀνθρώποις περιλειπῆ. πρῶτον μὲν ἐκβαλόν τες με σὺν ταῖς ἀφήλιξί μου ἀδελφαῖς Ἐριέα καὶ Τανοῦφι ἐκ τῆς τῶν γονέων ἡμῶν οἰκίας πάντα τὰ μεταλειφθέντα ὑπὸ αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ ἴδιον ἀπηνέγκαντο μηδὲν ἡμῖν ἀπολιπόντες οὐ μόνον, ἀλλὰ καὶ περὶ κλ μη δενὶ ὅντινα ημωο αὐτῶι ἐμοὶ εντοςν
