ἔσχον καὶ ἐπληρώθην ἐγὼ Μηνᾶς ποιμὴν υἱὸς Μακαρίου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου χαρτουλαρίου τῆς ἁγίας μεγάλης ἐκκλησίας μένων παρ’ ἐμοῦ καὶ παρὰ τῆς σῆς λαμπρότητος ρε των καρπῶν πεντεκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίωνος χλωροῦ απ καθαροῦ ἀρούρης μιᾶς, ὅ ἐστιν χρυσοῦ κεράτια ἑπτὰ ἥμισυ Ἀλεξανδρείας, χρυσοῦ κεράτια ζ ?
