ἔσχον καὶ ἐπληρώθην ἐγὼ Λεόντις μιξοπόλιοςμιζοπόλιος υἱὸς Στεφάνου ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀπαμηνῶν πόλεως γεουχῶν ἐνταῦθα τῷ Ἀρσινοίτῃ ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Τετραπύλου ἔσωθεν ἐποικίου καλουμένου παρὰ σοῦ Στεφάνου ἀπὸ τοῦ χωρίου καλουμένου Παρεμβολῆς υἱοῦ Ἀντωνίου τὰ τρία νομισμάτια ετλνα ἐκ πλήρους καὶ τοῦ λοιποῦ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχω πρὸς σὲ περὶ ταύτην σοι πεποίημαι τὴν παροῦσαν ἀπόδειξιν γραφεῖσανγραφῖσαν μηνὸς Θὼθ διʼ ἐμοῦ Πλουτάμμωνος συμβολαιογράφου .
