Gegenstand der Verhandlung ist wahrscheinlich die widerrechtliche Aneignung eines Dattelpalmenhains, der von mindestens drei namentlich benannten Personen besetzt gehalten wird, obwohl er ursprünglich einer anderen Person zugedacht war. Der Geschädigte läßt sich im Prozeß vertreten.
