Description

Heron, Sohn des Hermanubion, alexandrinischer Bürger und preisgekrönter dionysischer Künstler, und seine Schwester Hermitarion alias Sarapias, ebenfalls alexandrinische Bürgerin, stellen einen Antrag an den Dorfschreiber von Lagis auf Umwandlung von einigen Olivenhainen in Saatland. Grund dafür ist eine Verminderung der Produktivität dieser Ländereien.

κωμογραμματεῖ κώμης Λαγείδος παρὰ Ἥρωνος Ἑρμανουβίωνος τοῦ Ἥρωνος Θεομητορίου τοῦ καὶ Εὐσεβείου τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς ἱερᾶς συνόδου καὶ τοῦ Διονύσου ἱερονικῶν καὶ ἀτελῶν καὶ τῆς τούτου ἀδελφῆς Ἑρμιταρίου τῆς καὶ Σαραπιάδος ἀστῆς ἀπόντων διὰ τοῦτων ὑπὸ αὐτῶν συνεσταμένουσυνεσταμενων κατὰ τὸν τελειωθέντα διὰ τῶν ἐν Ἀλε ξανδρίᾳ πρυτάνεων τῷ διεληλυθότι μηνὶ Τῦβι συστατικὸν Ἥρω νος Ἀμμωνίου τοῦ Σώτου ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Συριακῆς. τὰς ὑπαρχούσας ἡμῖνἡμεῖν κοινῶς ἐξ ἴσου περὶ τὴν προκειμένην κώμην Λαγίδα ἐλαιῶνος ἐν κατοικικῇ τάξει ἐν μιᾷ σφραγῖδι ἀρούρας δέκα ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν δέκα τριῶν Ποστημίου λεγομένων, ἐν δὲ ἑτέρᾳ σφραγῖδι ἄλλας ἀρούρας τέσσαρες ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν ἑπτὰ Μηνᾶ λεγομένων, καὶ ἐν ἄλλῃ σφραγῖδι ἀρούρας δύο Διὸς ἱεροῦ λεγομένας, καὶ ἐν ἑτέρᾳ σφραγῖδι ἄλλας ἀρούρας δύο ἥμισυ τέταρτον ὄγδοον ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν τριῶν κολοκυνθῶνος λεγομένων, καὶ ἐν ἑτέρᾳ σφραγῖδι ἄλληνἄλλη ἄρουραν μίαν , καὶ μόνου τοῦ Ἥρωνος ἄρουραν μίαν ἥμισυ τέταρτον ἀπὸ ἀρουρῶν δύο Διὸς ἱεροῦ λεγομένων, τὰς ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἀρούρας κα ? η ἢ ὅσαι ἐὰν ὦσι βουλόμεθα μετάξαι εἰς σιτικὰ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος γ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Οὐήρου τῶν κυρίων Σεβαστῶν ἕνεκα τοῦ κακοφυεῖςκακοφυῖς αὐτὰς γεγονέναι. διὸ ἐπιδίδομεν
εἰς τὸ τὸ ἀκόλουθον γενέσθαι ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων. ἔτους γ Ἀντωνείνου καὶ Οὐήρου τῶν κυρίων Σεβαστῶν Μεχεὶρ λ.
