Πτολεμαῖος ἐπίτροπος Σερήνου κ ἀντεξη γητοῦ καὶ Πλουτάμμωνος ἀφηλίκων τέκνων Σαραπίωνος Ἠπιοδώρου Ἰσιδώ ρῳ Νικάνδρου μισθωτῇ χαίρειν. ἀπέχω παρὰ σοῦ τὸν χειμερινὸνχιμερινὸν φόρον κήπου παραδείσουπαραδίσου, οὗ ἔχειςἔχιςἐν μισθώσειμισθώσι περὶ κώμην Θεαδέλφιαν, ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν εἴκοσι πέντεπέντη, γίνονται δραχμαὶ ρκε. ἔτους θ Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Οὐήρου τῶν κυρίων Σεβαστῶν Τῦβι ιϛ.
