Ἐ Ἀπίωνι τῶι ἀδελφῶι χαίρειν καὶ διὰ παντὸς ὑγιαίνειν. ἐβουλόμην μὲν ἐπὶ παρόντι σοι τὴν τῆς οἰκίας σου διάθεσιν ὑποδεδειχέναι. ἐγὼ γὰρ ὥσπερ ἐπίστασαι καθαρειότερονκαθαρειοτερα διεξάγων ἐμποδίζομαι διὰ τὴν θυρωρόν, ἧς ἐὰν ἀκούσῃς τὰς ἐπιβολάς, οὐχ ὡς ἔτυχεν ἀγανακτήσεις. δοκῶ γὰρ μηκέτι γίνεσθαι ἐν οἰκίᾳ ἀλλʼ ἐν δραπεταγωγίῳ που τοιούτωυ δυσκόλῳ ποτὲ περιπτώματι περιπίπτ εω περὶ τῶν ἰσχάδων
