Ἑσιῆς Ἀρείου Ἀσκληπιάδηι τῶι Πτολεμαίου χαίρειν καὶ ἐρρῶσθαι. ἔχω παρὰ σοῦ εἰς τὴν τῆς θαλαμηγοῦ ἐπισκευὴν ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει τοῦ Ἡρακλεοπολίτου ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς μ γίνονται ἀργυρίου δραχμαὶ μ, ἃς καὶ παραδέξεταί σοι Π ὁ παρʼ ἐμαυτοῦ εἰς τὸν τοῦ κ ἔτους ἀκολούθως ὧι πρόεισαι χειρογράφῳ vestiges προσδέχηταί σοι ἐκτεῖσαι τὰς τοῦ ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς μ καὶ τόκους διδράχμους
