ἔτους ϛ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν ΟὐαλεριανῶνἈλεριανῶν καὶ Γαλλιηνοῦ Σεβαστῶν Ἐπεὶφ λ ΑὐρήλΑὐρήηλιοι Ὡριγένης ὁ καὶ Ἥρῶν γυμνασιαρχήσας καὶ Δίδυμος ὁ καὶ Βαυθλᾶς ἐξηγητεύσας ἀμφότεροι βουλευταὶ τῆς Ἀρσινοϊτῶν πόλεως μεμετρήμεθα ἐν θησαυρῷ κώμης Φιλαδελφίας ἰδιωτικῆς γῆς ὀνόματος γυναικὸς Διογένους Τούρβωνος καὶ Αἰῶς φασει πυροῦ ἀρτάβας δεκαεννέα τέταρτον πυροῦ ιθ δ. Αὐρήλιος Ὡριγένης ὁ καὶ Ἥρων γυμνασιαρχήσας βουλευτὴς σεσημείωμαι. Αὐρήλιος Δίδυμος ὁ καὶ Βαυθλᾶς ἐξηγητεύσας βουλευτὴς σεσημείωμαισεσημίωμαι. καὶ ὁμοίως Διογένης Τούρβωνος ὑπὲρ ἐπι νεμήσεως ἐπὶ λόγου πυροῦ ἀρτάβας δεκαεπτὰ ἥμισυἥμισου πυροῦ ιζ ?.
