Description

Der Rat von Oxyrhynchos schreibt den Vorständen der Besitzarchive (βιβλιοφύλακες ἐγκτήσεων) und bittet sie darum, die Privilegien des Aurelios Apollodidymos einzutragen, die ihm infolge seiner Aufnahme in die ökumenische Synode der dionysischen Künstler zustehen. Die Registrierung erfolgt nach dem durch Apollodidymos eingereichten Antrag (BGU IV 1074).

ἀντίγραφον Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης πόλεως ἡ κρατίστη βουλὴ διὰ Αὐρηλίου Εὐπότου τοῦ καὶ Ἀγαθοῦ Δαί μονος, γενομένου κοσμητοῦ, ἐξηγητοῦ, ὑπομνημα τογράφου τῆς λαμπροτάτης πόλεως τῶν Ἀλεξανδρέων, πρυτανεύσαντος καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει, βουλευτοῦ, ἐνάρχου πρυτάνεως, βιβλιοφύλαξι ἐνκτήσεων τοῖς φιλτάτοις χαίρειν· δίκαια ἡμῖν παρέθετο ἑαυτοῦ ἠρτημένα καθολικῶν νόμων Αὐρήλιος Ἀπολλοδίδυ μος Πλουτίωνος περὶ τοῦ καταλελέχθαι αὐτὸν εἰς τὸν σύλλογον τῆς ἱερᾶς συνόδου, καὶ κατὰ τὰ εἰθισμένα προσκυνήσαντες τὰ θεῖα ἔτι μᾶλλον ταῦτα αὐτῷ ἐβεβαιώ σαμεν. ἐπεὶ οὖν ἀκόλουθον ἔγνωμεν εἶ ναι ταῦτα φανερῶς ἀνενέγκαι ὑμῖν, ἵνʼ εἰδῆ τε τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν αὐτῷ ἐκ τῶν νόμων ἀτέλειανἀτέλιαν καὶ τὴν δέουσαν πα ράθεσιν ποιήσησθε τῷ ὀνόματι αὐ τοῦ, ἐπιστέλλεται ὑμῖν, φίλτατοι. ἐρρῶσθαι ὑμᾶς εὔχομαι, φίλτατοι. ἔτους ε τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Αὐρηλιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ, Μεχεὶρ.
