ἔτους λδ Χοιὰχ α ἐν Συήνηι τῆς Θηβαίδος ἐπʼ Ἀριστοδήμου ἀγορανόμου ὁμολογεῖ Ἰσιὰς ἡ καὶ Σεννῆσις Πατεπνεβτεῦτος ἀφώντισσα μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ αὐτῆς ἀνδρὸς Νεοπτολέμου τοῦ Νεοπτολέμου Κυρηναίου τῶν Πτολεμαίου καὶ τῶν υἱῶν τακτομίσθου Ἐσαροήρει Πετοσίριος ἀφωντεῖ ἀμίσθωι συλλελύσθαι αὐτῶι τε καὶ Ταγῶτι τῆι γυναικὶ αὐτοῦ ὑπὲρ ἧς ἐνέβαλεν κατʼ αὐτῶν ἐντεύξεως ἐν τῶι λδ ἔτει τοῖς ἐν Πτολεμαίδι τῆς Θηβαίδος δικασταῖς ὧν εἰσαγωγεὺς Φιλῖνος διʼ ἧς ἐνεκάλει αὐτοῖς περὶ ὕβρεως καὶ πληγῶν ἃ ἐτιμήσατο χαλκοῦ ταλάντων δύο καὶ ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν ἑκατὸν καὶ μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαι ἐπʼ αὐτοὺς ὑπὲρ τῶν προγεγραμμένων μήδʼ ὑπὲρ τῶν διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως δηλουμένων πάντων κατὰ μηθένα τρόπον, ἐὰν δʼ ἐπέλθῃ ἢ ἄλλος τις ὑπὲρ αὐτῆς ἥ τʼ ἔφοδος αὐτοῖς ἄκυρος ἔστω καὶ προσαποτεισάτω Ἰσιὰς Ἐσαροήρει καὶ Ταγῶτι ἐπίτιμον χαλκοῦ τάλαντα πέντε καὶ ἱερὰς τοῖς βασιλεῦσιν ἀργυρίου ἐπισήμου δραχμὰς χωρὶς τοῦ τὰ προγεγραμμένα κύρια εἶναι. κεχρημάτισται διʼ Ἀριστοδήμου ἀγορανόμου
