Νεῖλος Πασίων ἀπὸ κώμης Καρανίδος Πτολεμαίῳ Θέωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης χαίρειν. ἔχω παρὰ σοῦ τιμὴντειμὴν χόρτου κοπῆς καὶ ξηρασίαςξηρασείας ἄρσεως ἀρουρῶν δύο περὶ κώμην Κερκεσοῦχα τόπῳαοπω Ἰσειταλεις λεγομένῳ πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν δεκαεπτά , ἃς καὶ ἀπο δώσω ἐν μηνὶ Παῦνι ἐν κώμῃ Καρανίδι μέτρῳ ἑξαχοινίκου Ἀσκληπιείου. Νῖλος Πασίωνσιων ἔχω τὰς τοῦ πυροῦ ἀρτάβας δε καεπτὰ καὶ ἀποδώσω, ὡς πρόκιται. ἔτους ιϛκ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνείνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Φαμενὼθ ιβ.
