Z. 1–12:
Ein unbekannter Absender (vermutlich Horion) bittet den Adressaten, ihm den Schlüssel von seinem Haus, das er ihm anvertraut hatte, durch den Überbringer des Briefes zurückzugeben.

Z. 13–19:
Horion macht Kastreses Vorwürfe, weil er sein Land im Topos Kianithen Panesatis nah an dem von Nilos, Sohn des Apollon, bebaut hat, das er an Nilos, Sohn des Teiborsis (?), verpachtet hat.

Ὡρίων Ταερούᾳτα ερουα πολλὰ χαίρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαίεὔχομέ σε ὑγιαίνεινὑγιένιν καὶ τὸ προσκύνημά σου ποιῶ καθʼ ἑ κάστην ἡμέραν παρὰ τῷ κυρίῳ Σαρά πιδι. παραδέδωκά σοισυ μου τὸ κλειδίονκλεδιν τῆς οἰκίαςὐκίας μου ὑπὸ τὴν σκευήν. λέ γειλέγι μοι οὖν ἡ ἀδελφή μου Ἶσις, ὅτι πρὸ ς δύοδυ ἡμέρας ἐκοίμησαἐκύμησα ἐκεῖ καὶ οὐ δὲν εὕρηκα. παράδοςπαράδες οὖν τῷ ἀναδεδόν τι σοι τὸ ἐπιστόλιν τὸ κλειδίν μου καὶ ὅσου σκευὴν ἔχω παρὰ σοὶ Νείλῳ Τιβό ρσιΤικορσι. μὴ κατάσχῃς οὖν τὸ κλειδίν μου.
