ὑπατείας Φλαουίου Φιλίππου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἐπάρχου τοῦ ἱεροῦ πραιτωρίου καὶ Φλαουίου Σαλιᾶ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου μαγίστρου τῶν ἱππέων Φαμενὼθ ι. Αὐρηλία Οὐαλερία θυγάτηρ Ἀλυπίου Αὐρηλίᾳ Νεμεσίλλᾳ ὁμογαστρίᾳ μου ἀδελφῇ ἀπὸ κώ μης Φιλαδελφίας τοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου νομοῦ χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴἐπιδὴ λίθον σιτοκόπτην καὶ σιταλετικὴν μη χανὴν πατρῷα ἡμῶν ὄντα ἐκληρώθη μεν καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ μόνη τὸν λίθον ἦρκα καὶ πέπρα κα εἰς τὸ αἱροῦνἑροῦν μοι μέρος, κατὰ τοῦτο ὁμολογῶ μὴ ἔχειν μέρος εἰς τὴν προλεχθεῖσαν σιτα λετικὴν μηχανήν, ἀλλὰ ξένον με εἶναι καὶ ἀλλότριον αὐτῆς καὶ οὐδείς σοι ἐπελεύ σεται περὶ αὐτῆς, οὔτε ἐγὼ ἡ Οὐαλερία οὔτε τέ κνα μου οὔτε κληρονόμοι οὔτε ἕτερος οὐδείςοὐδίς καὶ ἐξεδόμην σοι τὴν χεῖράχῖρά μου ταύτην πρὸς ἀσφάλειανἀσφαλια. ἡ ὁμολογία κυρία καὶ ἐπερω τηθεῖσα ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρηλία Οὐαλερία ἡ προκιμένη ἐξεδόμην τὴν ἀσφάλειανἀσφάλιαν τοῦ μὴ ἔχειν μέρος εἰς τὴν μηχανὴν καὶ συνευδοκῶ τοῖς ἐνγεγραμμένοις, ὡς πρόκιται.
