ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκου καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων δευτέρᾳ δεκάτης ἰνδικτίωνος ἐν Ἀρσινόῃ ἐνδοξοτάτῳ ἰλλουστρίῳ καὶ παγάρχῳ ταύτης τῆς Ἀρσινοϊτῶν πόλεως Αὐρήλιος Ποῦσις υἱὸς Ἀπολλὼ τοῦ καὶ Πεβῶτος ἀπὸ της αὐτῆς πόλεως ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Μοήρεως χαίρειν. που εἶχον ἐπὶ φορολογίᾳ κλῆρον διαφέροντα τῇ ὑμετέρᾳ ἐνδοξότητι καὶ κείμενον ἐν τόπῳ περὶ Μέμφεως ήσεως ἐμῆς ἐχερσώθη καὶ κρατηθεὶς τοῦτον εἰς βελτίονα ὄψιν ἐνέγκαι καθὼς καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ τοῦτον προσήγαγον αὐτῇ ἐρῦσαί με ποιεῖσθαί με τὴν τοιαύτην φιλοκαλείαν δέξασθαι παρʼ ἐμοῦ ὑπὲρ φόρου ητοιενξ ν ἑνδεκάτης ἰνδικτίωνος χλωροῦ εὐαρέστου ἀρούρας δύο πρωτοκόπου ἡ δευτέρα ης προσδεξαμ κεν
