Kol. I:
Verhandlungsprotokoll des Oberpriesters Ulpios Serenianos über einen Antrag auf Beschneidung. Der Priester Panephremmis, Sohn des Stotoetis, hat durch Sarapion, den Strategen des Herakleides-Bezirkes, einen Antrag auf die Beschneidung seines Sohnes Panephremmis an den Oberpriester gestellt. Nachdem Ulpios Serenianos im Apistempel mit den anwesenden Priestern festgestellt hat, dass der Junge keine äußerlichen Makel aufweist, wurde die Beschneidung des Panephremmis genehmigt.

Der Priester Harpagathes, Sohn des Pakysis, hat durch Sarapion, den Strategen des Herakleides-Bezirkes, einen Antrag auf die Beschneidung seines Sohnes Pakysis an den Oberpriester gestellt. Nachdem Ulpios Serenianos im Apistempel mit den anwesenden Priestern festgestellt hat, dass der Junge keine negativen Male aufweist, wurde die Beschneidung des Pakysis genehmigt.

ἄλλου ὑπομνηματισμῶν. Ἁρπαγάθου Πακύσιος ἔτους ια Τῦβι κη. ἐν Μέμφει ἠσπάσατο τὸν λαμπρότατον ἡγεμόνα καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα πρὸς τῷ Ἀπείῳ Ἁρπαγάθου Πακύσιος προσαγαγόντος υἱὸν ἑαυτοῦ Πακῦσιν καὶ ἀξιώσαντος ἐπιτραπῆναι περιτεμεῖν αὐτὸν ἀνα δόντος τε τὴν γραφεῖσαν ἐπιστολὴν ὑπὸ Σαραπίω νος στρατηγοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος διὰ Ἀλεξάνδρου γυμνασιάρχου διαδεχομένου τὴν στρατηγίαν, κεχρονισμένην εἰς τὸ διεληλυθὸς ι ἔτους Φαρμοῦθι ιϛ Σερηνιανὸς ἐπύθετο τῶν παρόντων κορυφαίων καὶ ὑποκορυφαίων καὶ ἱερογραμματέων, εἰ σημεῖ όν τι ἔχοι ὁ παῖς. εἰπόντων ἄσημον αὐτὸν εἶναι Σερηνιανὸς ἀρχιερεὺς καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ἱερῶν σημειω σάμενοςσημιωσάμενος τὴν ἐπιστολὴν ἐκέλευσεν τὸν παῖδα περιτμηθῆναι κατὰ τὸ ἔθος. ἀνέγνων.
