ρανιῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Πολέμωνος μερίδος παρὰ Μεθῆς Παναμέως τοῦ μητρὸς Θαυμαστῆτος ἀπὸ κώμης μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συγγενοῦς -φεως τοῦ Αὐρηλίου· ὑπάρχει τῷ υἱῷ μου Νουμᾶτι ἐν τῇ κώ μῃ γ μέρος οἰκοπέδου ἐν ᾧ ἀπογράφομαι σὺν τοῖς ἐμοῖς εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος ιδ ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφήν, καί εἰμι Μεθὴ ἡ προγεγραμμένη ἐτῶν λβ, καὶ τὴν θυγατέρα Θε- ἐτῶν γ, καὶ τὸν γενόμενόν μοι ἐκ τοῦ μου ἀνδρὸς ὄντος δὲ ὁμοπατρίου καὶ ὁμομητρίου ἀδελφοῦ Τιθοῆς υἱὸν Νουμᾶν ἐτῶν α καὶ τὸν τῆς Μεθῆς ὁμομήτριον ἀδελφὸν Ἡρ- ἐτῶν ιδ, καὶ τὴν Μεθῆς καὶ τοῦ Ἡρ- μητέρα Θαυμαστὴν Ὄρσεως μητρὸς ἐτῶν μη, καὶ τὸν τῆς Θαυμαστῆτος ἀδελφιδοῦν φιν Αὐρηλίου τοῦ Ὄρσεως μητρὸς Τεφορσάιτος ἐτῶν ὑπάρ χει δὲ τῇ Μεθῇ καὶ τῷ υἱῷ Νουμᾶτι μέρη καὶ τῷ Νουμᾶτι πατρικὰ καὶ μητρικὰ οἰκόπεδα . διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι.
