ἐν ὀνόματι τῆς ἁγίας καὶ ὁμοουσίου τριάδος καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκου, βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Φωκᾶ τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου, ἔτους α Μεχεὶρ ιγ ἕκτης ἰνδικτίωνος ἐν Ἀρσίνόῃἐπʼ Ἀρσινόης. Αὐρηλία ΝόνναΑὐρηλία να θυγάτηρ Φοιβάμμωνος ἀπὸ ἐποικίου Κιεράτου τοῦ Ἀρσινοΐτου νομοῦ τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ Θεοδώρῳ ὑποδέκτῃ υἱῷ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀρσινοϊτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἐσχηκέναι με παρὰ σοῦ διὰ χειρὸς εἰς ἰδίαν μου χρείαν χρυσίου νομισμάτιον ἓν παρὰ κεράτια ἑπτὰ ἥμσιυ τέταρτον χρυσίου νομισμάτιον α παρὰ κεράτια ζ ? δ κεφαλαίου ἐπὶ τῷ με ἑτοίμως ἔχειν
