Αὐρήλιος Ἀσῆμις ΦαήσιουΦαήσιοσ vestiges ἀπὸ κώμης Φιλα δελφίας τοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου νομοῦ Αὐρηλίοις Εἰσάσι καὶ Διοσκόρῳ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀφροδίτης πόλε ως χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ μεμισθωκέναιμεμισθωκαίναι ὑμῖν τὸ ὑ πάρχον μοι ἡμιαρούριονἱμιαλούριον ἐν κλήρῳ καλου μένῳκαλουμένου Παμεινενκλονειω νωαο θεν κλήρου ἀρούρης ? καὶ πεπληρῶσθαί μεμαιμοι τὸν φόρον ἐκ πλήρους, ὡς πρόκειται. τῆς μισθαποχῆς ταύτης κυρίας οὔ σης πανταχοῦ ἐπιφερομένης καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶςἐπερωτηθὶς ὡμολόγησαὁμολόγησα. ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κονσταντίνου καὶ Λικιννιανοῦ Σεβασ τῶν τὸ γ Ἁθὺρ κθ.
