ἈπολλοφάνῃἈπολλοφάνι τῷ καὶ Σαραπάμμωνι στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοΐτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Ἑριεῦτος Τατᾶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνο παίου Νήσου. μετὰ τὸ ἐπιτελέσαι με τὰ προ σήκοντα ἔργα μέχρι κατασπορᾶς σιτικῶν ἐδαφῶν ὄντων περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην ἐν τόπῳ Τωα λεγομένῳ τῷ ἐνεστῶτι ἔτει Ἀμοῦνις Κιαλὴ καὶ Ὧρος Ταθήμιος καὶ Πανεφρέμμις ἐπικαλούμενος Μῶρος καὶ ΠετρώνιοςΠατρώνιος οἱ δ καὶ οἱ σὺν αὐτοῖς ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ἐπελθόντες τοῖς ἐσπαρμένοις ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ ἐδάφεσι ὡς πρόκειται ἄνωθεν ὑπέσχισανὑπέσχεισαν ὡς ἐκ τούτου οὐκ ὀ λίγη μοι ζημία ἐπηκολούθησεν. ὅθεν κατὰ τὸ ἀναγκαῖον ἐπιδίδωμι αὐτὸ τοῦτο φα νερὸν ποιοῦν εἰς τὸ ἐν καταχωρισμῷ γενέσθαι τό δε τὸ βιβλίδιονβιβλείδιον πρὸς τὸ μένειν ἐμοὶ τὸν λόγον πρὸς αὐτοὺς περὶ τούτου. διευτύχει. ἔτους ιζ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστῶν καὶ Πουβλίου Σεπτιμίου Γέτα Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Τῦβι κη.
