Abschriften zweier Zensusdeklarationen (κατ’ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφαί), die zunächst geschriebene (Z. 1–15) vom 19. Juli 147 n.Chr. für das Steuerjahr 145 – 146 n.Chr., die darunter geschriebene (Z. 16–22) für das Jahr 131 – 132 n.Chr. (Original nach dem Juli bis August 133 n.Chr. abgefaßt).

Μαξίμῳ τῷ καὶ Νεάρχῳ στρατηγῷ καὶ Ἡρακλείδῃ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος καὶ τοῖς γραμματεῦσι μητροπόλεως καὶ παρὰ τῆς Πτολεμαίου τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς μητροπόλεως ἀπογεγραμμένης διʼ ἑτέρου ὑπομνήματος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ὡρίωνος Ἱερακίου μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ τοῦ Ἥρωνος· ὑπάρχει μοι ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου εἰς ἣν ἀπογράφομαι τοὺς ὑπογεγραμμένους ἐνοίκους εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος θ ἔτους Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐπὶ τοῦ προκειμένου ἀμφόδου εἰκονοθείσῃ ὑπὸ τοῦ θεοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ ἐτῶν ε, καὶ Ἀπίωνα ἐτῶν β τοὺς δύο ὁμομητρίους καὶ ὁμοπατρίους ἀδελφοὺς Ὀνησᾶ τοῦ Ὀνησᾶ γυναῖκα οὖσαν τοῦ υἱὸν Φήλων καὶ ἀναγεγραμμένον ἐτῶν ε· διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι. ἔτους ι Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Ἐπεὶφ κε.
