ἔχω ἐγὼ Σλὲ σοίσοῦ Ωσε φυλάρχῳφυλάρχου χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια πέντε, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ε μόνα, καὶ ταῦτα σὺν θεῷ παρασχεῖν σοι, ὁπότανὁπόδαν βουληθείης, καὶ στοιχεῖ μοι ὡς πρόκειται. διʼ ἐμοῦ Σανσνῶτος. ἐγράφη μηνὶ ΦαρμοῦθιΦαρμοῦθις ιη ἰνδικτίωνος ε.
