Description

Aufgrund der überaus reichen Grabbeigaben und des großen Bestattungsaufwandes werden die Gräber dieser Nekropole von Tamassos als “Königsgräber” bezeichnet. Bei den in ihnen Bestatteten muß es sich auf alle Fälle um lokale Würdenträger gehandelt haben.
Das Mittelteil der Stabverzierung ist mit einem rautenförmigen Muster geschmückt. Da beide Enden offen sind, kann es sich nicht um die eigentliche obere Stabbekrönung handeln.
