Der Architekt Erich Hildebrandt entwarf auch das Gemeindehaus Sindorf in der Hegelstraße 3. Dieses Haus beinhaltete ein Amtszimmer des Bürgermeisters Heinz Wassen und die Post. Später wurde dieses Gebäude als AWO-Begegnungsstätte genutzt. Im Jahr 2022 wurde der Zugang zu diesem Gebäude gesperrt, da es Risse aufweist und einsturzgefährdet ist.
