Description

Es ist nicht viel von Hans Delbrücks künstlerischem Schaffen überliefert. Er war eng mit Otto Illies befreundet. Beide waren passionierte Freilichtmaler und wurzelten im Impressionismus. Das vorliegende Gemälde zeigt in neoimpressionistischer Manier reine Farbtöne kontrastreich und überaus dynamisch nebeneinander gesetzt. Der maigrüne Baum scheint regelrecht auszuschlagen.
