2°. [Великого розміру: 27x46 см]. [7], 257, 40 арк.
Рядків – 23, 34. Друк двома фарбами.
Сторінки у подвійних складаних рамках.
Шрифти: 10 рядків – 126, 80, близько 62 мм.
Гравюри: віньєтка на титулі (мідерит), чотири сторінкових зображення євангелістів (мідерити), 8 ілюстрацій в тексті (дереворити), заставки, кінцівки, ініціали. Виливні прикраси.
Гравери: Іосиф, Адам Гочемський.
Відсутня гравюра Євангеліста Іоанна.
