In einem Rahmen eingebettet ist die Prägedruckplatte in Positivhochprägung eingebettet. Links im Mittelbereich befindet ein Springbrunnen mit dem Wort "Ahr" unter dem Brunnen und nach rechts der Schriftzug "Bad Bodendorf". Darüber der Text "Zucker Magen Darm Galle Leber Kreislauf" und darunter "Naturwarmes Thermalfreibad - Ein Gesundheitsbrunnen".
